Banana Powder



Vanilla to taste (optional)

Cinnamon to taste (optional)


Puree bananas in a blender. You can flavor pureed bananas with vanilla and cinnamon.

Evenly spread pureed bananas on a Paraflexx® lined Excalibur® dehydrator tray.

Dry at 57 °C for 12 hours. Increase temperature to 68 °C and dry for an additional 4-8 hours.

Break dried banana puree into pieces. In a blender or coffee grinder, grind banana puree into a fine powder. Store dry banana powder in a mason jar.
