Carrot Straws

Ingredients:

3 cups matchstick carrots

1 tsp Sea salt

1/2 cup Olive oil

Directions:

Place carrots in a bowl and toss in olive oil

Sprinkle with the sea salt and toss

Place carrots on your Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray

Dry at 52 °C for 6 hours or until crispy
