Directions:
Rinse the kiwi’s under water
Slice kiwi’s into 0.6 cm thick pieces
Place on Excalibur Dehydrator tray
Dehydrate at 57 °C for chewy candy that has to be stored in the refrigerator or for 24 hours for hard candy that is shelf stable for a week.
