Ingredients:
6 Limes
Directions:
Wash limes thoroughly
Slice limes 1 cm thick
Place lime slices on your Excalibur Dehydrator tray
Dehydrate at about 52 - 57°C for 5-12 hours or until lime slices are brittle
Store dehydrated lime slices in an air tight storage container
Note: Dried lime slices are a great snack, can be added to a pitcher of water, use to flavor dishes or garnish salads, make salt/powder by blending or grinding, use in wreaths or potpourri
