Dehydrated Mangoes

Ingredients:

3 Mangoes

Directions:

Wash the mangoes and use a peeler to remove the skin

Slice the mangoes into 0.6cm thick pieces

Place mango slices on paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays

Dry at 57 °C for 8-12 hours until pliable

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
