Ingredients:
1 container Mushrooms
Directions:
Wash and thoroughly dry mushrooms
Optional: remove stems
Slice mushrooms into 1cm thick slices.
Place mushrooms in a single layer on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray
Dry at 51°C for 3-7 hours until leathery
Store in an air tight container
