Dried Cantaloupe

Ingredients:

1 Cantaloupe

Directions:

Halve cantaloupe and remove seeds.

Slice the cantaloupe into 1/4 inch thick semicircles and remove the rind.

Place slices on your Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays.

Dry at 57ºC for 18-20 hours or until completely dehydrated
