Ingredients:
Citrus Fruit of your choice (oranges, limes, lemons, or grapefruit)
Directions:
Wash citrus well.
Slice citrus fruit into 0.5cm slices. We recommend using a mandoline slicer for even slices.
Place citrus fruit on ParaFlexx™ lined Excalibur Dehydrator tray.
Dry at 57ºC for 7-15 hours.
