Moist Fruit Compote


2 cups dried Pineapple pieces

1 cup dried Papaya

1 cup dried Kiwi fruit

1 cup dried Coconut flakes

2 cups Orange juice

1 cup dried Mango pieces

1 cup dried Banana slices

2 cups dried Strawberries

2 tbsp fresh grated Ginger

1 squeezed Lemon


Dehydrate fruits at 57 °C for 12 hours

Combine and toss all ingredients together

Combine orange juice, and squeezed lemon juice.

Pour this juice mixture over dried fruits and toss gently

Serve as a moist fruit cocktail or as an appetizer or dessert
