This Dehydrator has been interesting. I never knew I could do so much with a Dehydrator. My niece absolutely love it! She helped me with different things I can dehydrate in my new machine. I'm about to save alot of my fruits and meats!!! I'm in the process of making my on seasonings!!! Look at my lemons!!🥰. The amazing thing about them is I can bring it back to life just by adding water or a liquid (tea) to it. OMG and it smells so fresh!!

I love this Excalibur 10-Tray Select Series Digital Dehydrator!!! My husband used his deer back strap to make some jerky today and it turned out amazing!! I love how it has 10 trays, even though we only used 4 of them today, that's just because this first go around! We will use more next time, as this was a trial run! Obviously with it being 16 square foot, it is kind of big, but it's not overwhelmingly huge! I love the Digital features, like how you can set a timer and pause it as needed! I also love the glass French doors, it makes it easy to view whatever is being dehydrated without even opening it up!! It heats between 85°F-165°F which is perfect! We cooked the deer backstrap at 155°F for 6 hours and it came out perfect to us!! I am so thrilled with this product! It will definitely get used as much as possible! I'd definitely recommend!

I was searching for a dehydrator for making healthy dog treats that I know are pure and clean. This appliance is perfect for my needs. I went with the 10 tray but probably could have gone smaller because this fits PLENTY! I find myself searching for what else I can throw in to fill it up. I’ve done beef jerky, sweet potato’s and dried some fresh herbs. I use it about twice a week. It’s quiet and distributes the heat evenly. It literally takes no skill or previous dehydrator experience. Very user friendly. Would definitely recommend!
