Product reviews for Excalibur 10 Tray Food Dehydrator - Performance Series

I needed this so badly. I'm starting to make my own teas from fresh items so this Excalibur came at the perfect time. The first thing I dehydrated was mint, it worked perfectly I'm so satisfied with the results I'm ready to do more. It is so easy to set the time and temperature just read the manual once and the rest is a cakewalk.

I've never had a dehydrator before, so I don't know what to compare this to, but I love it! It is lightweight with great carry handles so I can keep it in the basement and bring it out easily when I want to dry food. Easy to set the temp and how long it should dry for. We've made a lot of dried apples from our tree and they turned out delicious! Very happy with this. I wish that they would include sheets with the drier for leathers that's the only thing I'm sad about. We make a lot of fruit leathers. But otherwise I love this machine and am very happy with it. Quiet, easy to use, delicious dried fruit. Can’t wait to try some jerky next.
