Raw Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Almond Flour (or Meal)

3/4 cup Coconut Flour

1 ½ cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 cup Medjool Dates

Directions:

Mix almond meal, coconut flour, cacao powder, and Medjool Dates in a food processor.

Add in Almond Milk. Process.

Using a small scooper to portion mix, scoop onto an Excalibur Dehydrator tray lined with a Paraflexx drying sheet.

Dry at 62ºC for 3 hours, then reduce temperature to 43ºC and dry for 6 hours.

Remove Paraflexx drying sheets and continue to dry for another 6 hours.
