Red Bell Peppers
4 bell peppers yields approximately 50g of red bell pepper powder.
Wash red bell peppers well.
Remove stems, then remove seeds and inner white sections.
Slice red bell peppers into 6mm strips. We recommend slicing into strips because you can fit more on the tray than you can with rings.
Dry at 52°C for 6-10 hours or until completely dry.
Let cool completely.
Put dried pepper strips in high powered blender or coffee grinder and blend until they are a fine powder.
