Tomato Parmesan Chips


8 Tomatoes

1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp Basil

1/2 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Oregano


Wash and dry tomatoes.

Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices & place on Excalibur Dehydrator trays in a single layer.

Sprinkle a layer of grated Parmesan cheese on tomato slices.

Mix salt, basil, oregano, and black pepper together.

Sprinkle seasoning mixture on tomato slices.

Dry at 68° C for 8-12 hours or until crisp.

Store in an airtight container after cooled.
