Watermelon Candy

Ingredients:

1 watermelon

1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Cut watermelon into 2.5 cm slices

Discard ends and remove rinds

After removing the rind cut slices to about 1/2 cm thick.

Lightly salt and then place watermelon slices on your Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays

Dry at 57 °C for 18 hours or until sticky or crispy (personal preference)
