Use your Excalibur Dehydrator to decrystallise honey. Honey stored for a long time may crystallize into a hard, solid mass. To liquefy it for use, place the container of honey in the dehydrator for 2 to 3 hours at 110ºF/43ºC until no crystals remain. This process will not affect the taste or nutritional value of the honey; it will be as good as fresh.
